Prices for each option are as follows (tax included):

Payment Timing

Pay-per-use: Charged immediately upon purchase. Hoo Pass (monthly subscription) is closed to new sign-ups. The following applies only where a subscription is already in effect: charged on the sign-up date, then auto-renewed monthly on the same date. The next charge date is available in the Stripe Customer Portal and on the invoice sent to your registered email address.

Service Delivery

Audio file upload and AI mixing are available immediately after payment completion.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Pay-per-use: Cancellation is available before AI audio processing begins. Refunds are not available after processing starts due to the nature of digital services. Hoo Pass (monthly subscription) is closed to new sign-ups. The following applies only where a subscription is already in effect: you may cancel at any time by emailing support@mued.jp with the subject "Hoo Pass cancellation" (processed within 24 business hours). Service remains available until the end of your paid period, after which charges stop. Remaining credits stay usable for 30 days after cancellation. Pro-rated refunds are not provided.

Pricing is as follows:

• MUEDsp masterchain: $69 (one-time purchase, no recurring charge)
• Free modules (MUEDsat, MUEDlim, MUEDrive): free of charge
• Prices are in US dollars. Amounts billed in other currencies vary with the exchange rate at the time of payment and your card issuer's conversion. Tax is determined and collected by FastSpring, Inc. as the Merchant of Record.

Payment Timing

Charged immediately at FastSpring checkout when you purchase. This is a one-time purchase with no recurring charge.

Delivery

After payment completes, the download link and instructions for obtaining your license key are sent immediately to the email address you registered. The license key is available in the mued.jp portal when you sign in with that address; it is not sent by email.

Cancellation and Refunds

FastSpring, Inc. is the Merchant of Record for this product and handles refunds under our Refund Policy. Purchases are generally non-refundable once the license key has been delivered (except for a billing error or a confirmed technical problem that prevents use). See the Refund Policy for the procedure and details. If the plugin does not run on a supported environment, please contact our support (support@mued.jp) first. Most such reports turn out to be configuration issues, and getting it running is usually the better outcome than a refund. Free modules involve no payment and are therefore not subject to refunds.

• Windows builds (VST3, 64-bit) are offered as well. The free MUEDsat, MUEDlim and MUEDrive are beta builds. The license key is the same as for the Mac version.

Prices below are shown before tax, with amounts including 10% consumption tax in parentheses:

• First consultation: First 60 minutes free
• 3-month workflow improvement & handover program: ¥100,000/month (¥110,000 incl. tax), ¥300,000 total (¥330,000 incl. tax; installments available)
• In-house support plan: ¥30,000/month (¥33,000 incl. tax)
• One-off consultation: ¥30,000 (¥33,000 incl. tax) / 90 minutes

Payment Method & Timing

Payment method: The 3-month program is invoiced by bank transfer (invoice) only. The in-house support plan and one-off consultations may be paid by credit card (via Stripe) or bank transfer (invoice). First consultation: free. 3-month program: ¥100,000/month (¥110,000 incl. tax), a three-month contract totaling ¥300,000 (¥330,000 incl. tax; installments available). You may pay in a lump sum or in installments. For installments, ¥100,000 (¥110,000 incl. tax) is invoiced three times, at the start of each contract month. In either case, payment is due by the due date stated on the invoice. In-house support plan: billed at the start of each month. One-off consultation: billed per session. Payment is due by the due date stated on the invoice.

Service Delivery

The first consultation (60 minutes) and one-off consultations (90 minutes) are held online at the reserved date and time. The 3-month program runs for three months from the start date stated in the contract or booking confirmation email. Deliverable due dates are agreed individually at the initial meeting and stated in the quotation, booking confirmation email, or contract. The in-house support plan is provided on a rolling monthly basis from the start date stated in the contract or booking confirmation email.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

First consultation: please notify us of cancellation by the day before the scheduled date. 3-month program: the contract period is three months (¥300,000 total; ¥330,000 incl. tax; installments available). Due to the nature of the service, early termination and refunds are not available once the contract is concluded. If you pay in installments, your obligation to pay any unpaid balance continues until the end of the contract period. In-house support plan: may be cancelled month to month. Cancellation takes effect on the last day of the contract month in which we receive your cancellation request; there is no prorated refund for the current month, and billing stops from the following contract month onward. One-off consultation: a single session. You may cancel by notifying us by the day before the scheduled date (a full refund is given if payment has already been made). No refund is given for same-day cancellation or no-show. For cancellation or termination of any of these services, please contact support@mued.jp.
