Who does the work
I'm Atsushi Kimura. I'm a composer and arranger for Japanese pop and advertising music, and the representative of glasswerks inc. Alongside my music work, I build and run my own service, mued.jp, by hand while delegating to AI every day.
Before outsourcing to anyone, I build and run it with AI myself — and I bring that hands-on practice straight to your project, building it together.

3-month workflow improvement & handover program
¥100,000/month (¥110,000 incl. tax)
¥300,000 total (¥330,000 incl. tax; installments available). Includes two 60-minute meetings per month, chat support, initial setup for up to two workflows, hands-on instruction, and a short manual.
In-house support plan
¥30,000/month (¥33,000 incl. tax)
Chat support, a 60-minute review every three months, and practical AI updates. Cancel month to month.
One-off consultation
¥30,000 (¥33,000 incl. tax) / 90 minutes
We work through one defined issue together in 90 minutes. No ongoing contract required.
Term & cancellation
The 3-month program is a fixed three-month engagement. Early termination and refunds are not available once the contract is concluded (any unpaid balance under an installment plan also remains payable until the end of the contract period). The in-house support plan may be cancelled month to month (no prorated refund for a partial month). One-off consultations may be cancelled through the day before the session. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

How I work
I delegate what can be delegated and put my own hands where they're needed — deciding that balance is my job. Honestly, most of this text was written by AI, too. Not hands-off: I keep making the calls, clearly. We build your project the same way, together. This document itself is one example.
