6. Cookies

This site uses two kinds of cookies. (1) Essential cookies: used to remember your display language (NEXT_LOCALE) and to keep you signed in (Clerk cookies such as __session). They are required to provide the service and cannot be turned off. (2) Measurement cookies: used by Google Analytics 4 to measure site usage (_ga and cookies starting with _ga_). They are set only if you choose "Accept" in the notice at the bottom of the screen. If you choose "Essential only", or until you choose, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time with the button below (your choice is stored in the "mued_cookie_consent" cookie, which is also an essential cookie). Separately, regardless of your choice, we use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate visit counts that use no cookies and do not identify you, and Vercel Speed Insights to measure page load speed.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the App.

9. Google Analytics and BigQuery Data Transfer

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure site usage. Anonymized access logs collected by GA4 (user identifiers, partial IP addresses, browser information, page visit history, and event data) are transferred to and stored in Google Cloud BigQuery. No directly personally identifiable information such as names or email addresses is included.

Data is retained for a maximum of 2 months and is automatically deleted thereafter.

Purpose of use: Service improvement, marketing effectiveness measurement, A/B test analysis, UX improvement

We measure only visitors who chose "Accept" in the notice described in Section 6. To stop, choose "Essential only" with the button in Section 6. You can also opt out of data collection at any time via your Google Account settings (https://myaccount.google.com/activitycontrols) or by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

About MUED advisory (consulting & build service)

This section applies when you use MUED advisory (a consulting, design, build, and ongoing-support service for AI systems).

Information we collect: your name, email address, the content of your consultation, the recording of your consultation, and booking-related information.
About recording: consultations are recorded as a reference to give you a better response and to improve our quality. Consent is obtained at the time of booking.
Purpose: used only to manage your booking, contact you, respond to your consultation, and improve our quality internally.
Retention: handled appropriately for those purposes and deleted once no longer needed.
Third parties: not shared with third parties except as required by law.
