These terms govern your use of the MUED website and services provided by glasswerks inc., including the MUEDsp plugin line. Paid plugin orders are processed by FastSpring, Inc. as the Merchant of Record.
Seller (Merchant of Record): FastSpring, Inc.
Provider (development and support): glasswerks inc.
1. Scope
These terms apply to mued.jp and its subdomains, to the free MUEDsp plugins, and to paid MUEDsp products. Where a product is accompanied by its own licence agreement, that agreement governs the use of the software itself and these terms govern the surrounding service.
2. Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address you provide, because product downloads and licence keys are delivered to it. Accounts may be closed on request.
3. Purchases and pricing
Prices are shown on the product page and charged in US dollars. Paid plugin orders are completed on FastSpring's checkout; FastSpring is the seller of record for those transactions and its terms apply to the payment itself. Taxes are determined and collected by FastSpring based on your location.
4. Licence and delivery
Paid plugins are licensed, not sold. The licence terms are supplied with the product. After a successful purchase, the download link and licence key are sent to the email address given at checkout, normally immediately. Licence keys are verified offline by the plugin and must not be shared or published.
5. Refunds
Because FastSpring is the Merchant of Record for paid plugin orders, refunds are handled under FastSpring's refund conditions. See our Refund Policy for how to request one.
6. Prohibited use
Do not redistribute, resell, or publish licence keys or plugin binaries; do not attempt to defeat licence verification; do not use the services to infringe others' rights or to break applicable law.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The services are provided as they are. To the extent permitted by law, glasswerks inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be reflected in the date shown above.
