Q: Voice recognition isn't working
A: Please check that microphone access is enabled. You can verify MUEDnote's microphone permission in your device's Settings app.
Q: Sessions aren't being saved
A: Please check your internet connection. Data is temporarily stored when offline and synced when connection is restored. If the problem persists, try restarting the app.
Q: Voice memo transcription is inaccurate
A: Transcription accuracy depends on recording conditions. Try to speak clearly in a quiet environment. Technical terms and proper nouns may be difficult to recognize.
Q: Break reminders aren't working
A: Please check that notifications are enabled. Note that Do Not Disturb mode may suppress notifications.
Q: I can't log in
A: Please verify your email address is correct. If you've forgotten your password, tap "Forgot password" on the login screen to reset it.
Q: I want to delete my data
A: If you wish to delete your account, please contact support. Please note that deleted data cannot be recovered.
Q: Can I use it offline?
A: Basic features (timer, break reminders) work offline. Internet connection is required for voice memo transcription and syncing.
Q: What devices and OS versions are supported?
A: MUEDnote supports iPhone running iOS 17.0 or later. iPad is not currently supported.
