• Work Log Data: Focus/break session records and timestamps
• Voice Memos: Audio recordings you create and their transcriptions
• Usage Data: Anonymized data about how you use the App
• Download and demo sign-up information: the email address you enter when downloading a free plugin or signing up for a demo version, the product, the date and time, the display language, and the page you signed up on and where you came from
• Purchase information: the purchase-notification information that FastSpring provides for the purpose of issuing your license key (email address, order number, product, amount and currency, country), how you reached the purchase (referrer and campaign tags, and, if you consented to measurement, the Google Analytics identifier), the license key we issued, the record of your acceptance of the End User License Agreement (EULA), and the record of any refund. Payment information is collected and held solely by FastSpring
• Other sign-up information: the email addresses, and their records, from time-limited tester license keys we handed out and from past trial and interest sign-ups

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and operate the App's features
• Transcribe voice memos and provide AI-powered analysis
• Provide customer support
• Improve our services and develop new features
• Send download links and their receipts and the steps to get your license key, and send news from MUEDsp to those who ticked the box on the form and to buyers, who are told so at checkout (you can unsubscribe from the news at any time)

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored on servers located in the United States. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

Account data is retained until you delete your account or for as long as necessary to provide our services. Download, demo sign-up, purchase and other sign-up information (tester license keys, past trial and interest sign-ups) is kept as the record of those sign-ups, downloads and purchases, and is not deleted when you unsubscribe from the news. To have it deleted, contact us at the address in Section 8.

9. Google Analytics and BigQuery Data Transfer

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure site usage. Anonymized access logs collected by GA4 (user identifiers, partial IP addresses, browser information, page visit history, and event data) are transferred to and stored in Google Cloud BigQuery. No directly personally identifiable information such as names or email addresses is included.

Data is retained for a maximum of 2 months and is automatically deleted thereafter.

Purpose of use: Service improvement, marketing effectiveness measurement, A/B test analysis, UX improvement

We measure only visitors who chose "Accept" in the notice described in Section 6. To stop, choose "Essential only" with the button in Section 6. You can also opt out of data collection at any time via your Google Account settings (https://myaccount.google.com/activitycontrols) or by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

About MUED advisory (consulting & build service)

This section applies when you use MUED advisory (a consulting, design, build, and ongoing-support service for AI systems).

• Information we collect: your name, email address, the content of your consultation, the recording of your consultation, and booking-related information.
• About recording: consultations are recorded as a reference to give you a better response and to improve our quality. Consent is obtained at the time of booking.
• Purpose: used only to manage your booking, contact you, respond to your consultation, and improve our quality internally.
• Retention: handled appropriately for those purposes and deleted once no longer needed.
• Third parties: not shared with third parties except as required by law.
